Privacy policy
This policy explains what information the site handles. The short version: your calculator inputs never leave your device, and we collect as little as we can get away with while still knowing which pages are useful.
Calculator inputs
Every calculation runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. Amounts, quantities, rates, and dates you type are not sent to our servers, not logged, and not stored. When you close the tab, they are gone.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to count page views and understand which tools need improvement. GA4 receives pseudonymous identifiers and standard device data (browser, operating system, approximate region derived from IP). We do not send your calculator inputs to analytics, and we do not build advertising profiles. You can opt out with Google's official browser add-on or any standard cookie-blocking tool.
Hosting and infrastructure logs
The site is served through Vercel, whose edge network processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention, retained under Vercel's own data policies. We do not use this data for marketing.
If you email us
Messages sent to editor@stockcalculator.in are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query or correction, then deleted. We never add you to a mailing list for writing to us.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated last-modified date shown alongside it in search results. Questions about privacy can go to editor@stockcalculator.in.
